Face to face bereavement support gives you the opportunity to talk to someone who listens without judging you. This is an opportunity to talk about your loss and to explore your feelings with the guidance of a trained Bereavement Support Volunteer.

Session are usually weekly and last for an hour. We offer up to 6 sessions and ask that you make a committment to be available for your session each week.  Our service is free of charge although we will invite you to make a donation.

Following your initial assessment meeting a Bereavement Support Volunteer will contact you to arrange a time to see you. This can be at home or in one of the community rooms we use in Ampthill and Bedford. If you are seen at home we require a quiet, private space where you will not be disturbed by family members or pets.
