The loss of someone we care about is devastating and is one of the most distressing experiences we will ever face. Bereavement can be lonely and isolating. The feelings are overwhelming and confusing. It can be difficult to talk to family and friends so many people turn to Cruse Bedfordshire and find that our independent support helps them cope.
" I lost my wife and daughter within 3 years of each other, both to cancer. Losing my wife was hard but when my daughter died a few years later I had no one to share the loss and greif with and was so lonely. It became unbearable and ife didin't seem worth living anymore. The I heard about Cruse and can honestly say they saved my life. My Bereavement Supporter gave me hope and helped me accept what had happended. Life won't ever be the same again but I can now find some happiness in each day" Max
